Envision Resource Group was founded in 2015, with the mission of doing IT staffing better. There are thousands of staffing agencies out there, and ERG truly strives to differentiate ourselves from the pack. Ryan Robidoux
President & Owner
Ryan is a staffing professional with 8+ years of experience in recruiting and client services, and he founded Envision in 2015. He is an expert in uncovering a client's needs and matching them with the right talent.
He is a proud New England native but since graduating from The University of Tampa, he hasn’t wanted to leave Florida! On the weekend, Ryan can be found outdoors with his wife, Nevine, and singing songs to their beloved dog, Bruno!
Erika Engel
Senior Client Service Director
Erika is a Client Service Director at Envision and has been client facing in the staffing industry for 5+ years. She brings excellent customer service, devotion, and business understanding to all of our client’s needs.
She recently moved back to her hometown of Erie, Pennsylvania, from the sunny and beautiful Tampa, Florida just to be closer to her family. Besides being around her family, she also enjoys taking part in charitable activities towards supporting animal welfare each month!
Nermine Duncan
Operations Manager
Nermine has been with Envision since 2017. She handles all of the business operations; most of what she does is behind the scenes, but without her our team couldn’t succeed.
Nermine is originally from New Jersey, but loves Florida because she gets to be outdoors year round. When she’s not working she can most likely be found with her husband George on their boat, enjoying a walk at sunset, or baking!
Brandon Barnard
Business Development Representative
Brandon is a New Hampshire native who currently resides in the Northeast. He has 5+ years of sales experience and loves building relationships with new people.
Outside of work, Brandon can be found coaching football for his team, playing golf, working out, or catching a sporting event.
He attended Southern New Hampshire University where he received his undergraduate degree in 2013 and then went on to St. Thomas University where he received his MBA in 2018.
Mike Yedinak
Director of Delivery
Michael Yedinak is originally from the Jersey Shore and has been a huge Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan since his childhood. He moved down to Tampa in 2016 and has never looked back!
Mike has 5+ years of ERP recruiting experience and loves the technology and its people. He strives to provide his consultants and his managers what they want and need with a devotion to listen and execute. When he is not working you can find Mike traveling and exploring this great country!
